Dr.P.Ashokkumar has completed his Ph.D. in Microbiology from University of Madras, Centre for Advanced Studies in Botany, Chennai, M.Sc., in Microbiology, Kandaswamy Kandars College, P. Velur, in 2002 and B.Sc., Microbiology, Kandaswamy Kandars College, P. Velur, in 1999. He is working as an Assistant Professor in PG and Research Department of Microbiology at Sengunthar Arts and Science College Tiruchengode. He is serving in the field of teaching for the past 12 years at various Fields. He is Involved in establishing teaching and Research in the field of Microbiology. He has published more than 15 Research papers in the National/International Journals. He has awarded 2 Ph.D & 5 M.Phil and presently guiding 1 Ph.D., scholar. He is an Active member of various bodies in Various Institutions.

Specialization: Industrial Microbiology, Parasitology and Pharmaceutical Microbiology
